I meant it in the sense that its a single model that, like most character models, only needs to be purchased once, not that they
I do remember when single pewter models were only running $10 or so, but I also acknowledge that this is a luxury hobby. The quality on some of these new plastics surpasses even the Finecast models, too.
I know the Marines have had the $20 Commander box for a while, but I think the models I listed off, for the most part, wouldn't require the # of pieces (albeit nice) in the commander box.
Thanks for your comment!

GraneshGraneshhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03458068237948341144noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6226333787959877649.post-37170020655827407402011-09-12T15:11:17.186-06:002011-09-12T15:11:17.186-06:00It should be noted that you are now paying a price...It should be noted that you are now paying a price for a plastic hero that is more than you paid for a metal one only like 4 years ago and only slightly less than a metal one right now (13.25 vs 15). These are not going to limited release since they only cost like 10 cents to produce each once they have paid for the molds which they already have. The question is if they can make back the mold costs fast enough to justify doing it for other armies. Space Marines have had a plastic commander kit for years now.eriochromehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10377904099582258296noreply@blogger.com
